Laszlo P. Csernai earlier worked in Hungary, East- and West Germany and in the USA. In the recent 30 years he is professor of theoretical physics in Bergen Norway. He supervised 23 students for Master degree and 16 for Ph.D. From his Bergen graduates and postdocs, today seven are professors, in USA (2), China (2), Romania (1), Spain (1), Oslo (1).He worked primarily in the field of nuclear theory, mostly with high energy heavy ions, and has more than 300 publications in many fields of physics. Between 2000-2005, he was directing the Bergen Computational Physics Laboratory, a 1 mill. Euro, Research Infrastructure of the EU.He is member of Det Norske Videnskaps-Akademi, the Norwegian Academy of Science and Technology, two Hungarian Academies, and he is now member of the Council, and earlier he chaired the Physics and Engineering Section of Academia Europaea.

Vladislav Borisovich was born July 23, 1945 in Ulan-Ude. From 1964 to 1970 he studied at the Kharkov Aviation Institute. After receiving a university degree, he worked in a branch of the Research Institute of Aviation Technology (JARI) in Kharkov engineer. In 1985, Vladislav Borisovich was appointed head of tool maintenance machine tool plant in Ulyanovsk city, in 1993, became the director of a small business "Ether", and in 1996 founded and headed the company "Newton's society." He is the Honorary Academician of the International Academy of Quality and Marketing. Member of the Public Assembly of the Ulyanovsk region and the Public Coordination Council of the city of Ulyanovsk. Chairman of the Ulyanovsk regional branch of the People's Patriotic Union of Russia. He was awarded: the Order "For the revival of Russia. XXI Century ", a diploma" Leader of the present "International Competition" Pilar "; medal and diploma "The Best People of Russia"; a diploma and a gold medal "European quality"; " Medal of Merit". The head of LLC "Newtonian Society" for almost a decade. Dr. Vladislav Cherepennikov - a scientist of international renown. He participated in six international conferences on the fundamental problems of natural science. In 1991 it was published his pamphlet "Science needs protection", which justified the mechanical nature of physical interactions and philosophical inconsistency of quantum-relativistic subconscious. Based on the resolution of mechanical models of physical interactions in the formulation of Faraday and Maxwell V.B. Cherepennikov managed to get in an analytical form the fundamental equations of theoretical physics in the field of gravity, electrical and magnetic interactions, and weak nuclear forces. Dr. Dimitris Drikakis is Professor of Engineering Science and Executive Dean (Engineering) and Associate Principal and at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow (till June 2017). Since July 2017, and in addition to his continued Professorial role, Dimitris has taken on new leadership roles as Executive Director of Global University Partnerships (US and Far East), Executive Director of the Strathclyde Space Institute. Prior to his current appointment, he was Head of Aerospace Sciences at Cranfield University and Professor of Fluid Mechanics & Computational Science (2003-2015); Professor of Fluid Mechanics at Queen Mary University of London (till 2003); and has also held academic positions at the University of Manchester; University of Erlangen-Nuremberg, Germany; and University of Marseille, France. His expertise is in computational fluid dynamics (CFD), fluid mechanics (particularly compressible flows), and micro/nanoscale processes at fluid-solid interfaces. He has been active in both fundamental and applied research across Engineering and Applied Physics, including Aerospace, Mechanical, Nuclear (Defence and Fusion), and Oil and Gas Applications. His work has directly influenced areas as diverse as improved understanding of complex aerodynamic and gas dynamic flows, turbulent mixing in inertial confinement fusion, and novel gas filtration nanotechnologies using carbon nanotubes. He has received: 1) The William Penney Fellowship Award (twice in 2008 and 2011) by the Atomic Weapons Establishment (AWE Plc) in recognition of his contributions to compressible fluid dynamics. 2) The Innovator of the Year Award (2014) by the Innovation Institute for a new generation carbon capture technology that uses carbon nanotubes for filtering out carbon dioxide and other gases at low or zero energy cost. This platform technology has the potential to be used across a wide range of applications in the power generation, automotive, aerospace, chemical, marine and built environment sectors. 3) The Technical Achievement Award at the International Conference on Mathematical Problems in Engineering, Aerospace and Sciences. To date, he has co-authored two books in the field of computational fluid dynamics and has published 161 journal and 238 conference papers/book chapters in the above technical areas. He has graduated 52 PhD students who now hold positions in academia and industries around the world. Apollonov V.V. is the leading specialist in the area of basic principles of creation and development of high power laser systems and high power laser radiation interaction with matter. He has made an outstanding input into creation and development of new branches of science - physical and technical fundamentals of high power laser optics and adaptive optics, investigation of physical processes in a high volume self-controlled volume discharges, creation of high power continuous wave, pulsed and high repetition rate pulse-periodic laser systems, high intensity laser radiation interaction with matter, high power laser application for an effective protection of valuable objects and water surface cleaning from oil films, medical applications for UV lasers. Recent results of his investigations related to the laser diode arrays phase-locking, mechanisms of shock waves merging for a rockets launch by high repetition rate pulse-periodic laser light, super long conductive channel based on the electrical breakdown in a dust plasma produced by mechanism of ablation, high repetition rate optical pulsating discharge applications, space debris elimination by laser, scalable mono-module disk laser and high power laser applications in the Arctic are under very intensive implementation in our country and abroad. He is the author of 1787 publications (17 books, 546 presentations and 148 patents, 954 articles, inf. from Research Gate). Apollonov V.V. is a high profile scientist and well known around all over the world, for more than 45 years of his international scientific activity, he has participated and organized more than 60 international conferences, symposiums and workshops, prepared 32 candidates and doctors of physics and mathematics. Eliade Stefanescu graduated the Faculty of Electronics, Section of Physicist Engineers, in 1970. He is doctor in Theoretical Physics, Senior Scientist I at Advanced Studies in Physics Center at the Institute of Mathematics of the Romanian Academy, Founding Titular Member of Academy of Romanian Scientists, and member of the American Chemical Society - Division of Physical Chemistry - Subdivision of Energy. He is a professional with multidisciplinary openness: electronics, physics and technology of semiconductor devices, and open quantum physics with applications in solid state physics, quantum optics, and nuclear physics. He is known for a microscopic theory of open quantum systems, the invention and a detailed description of a system converting environmental heat into usable energy, and a unitary relativistic quantum theory, where the relativistic kinematics and dynamics, the electromagnetic field equations, the spin, and the gravitational interaction are obtained as characteristics of the quantum dynamics. He held courses of Quantum Mechanics and Dissipative Systems at Polytechnic University of Bucharest, and, as visiting scientist/professor, collaborated to different research programs of the Institute of Nuclear Research in Dubna, Russia, Justus Liebig University in Giessen, Germany, and Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. Alessandra Toncelli graduated in Physics with the highest marks at the University of Pisa, where she also obtained the title of Doctor in Research in 1998. She has continued her research activities with various positions as post-doc or as a researcher both in Italy and abroad. Since 2017 she is Associate Professor at the Physics Department of Pisa. Her scientific interest was initially aimed at the growth and spectroscopy of crystalline materials for photonic applications in visible and near infrared regions. In particular, she studied and characterized the optical and spectroscopic properties of oxide and fluoride crystals with rare earths for laser applications. More recently, she extended her research interests to the radiation-matter interaction and spectroscopic characterization of various types of materials in the mid-infrared and THz regions, including the characterization of both solid state and soft matter materials of various dimensionality (bulk crystals, thins films and nanoparticles). From 2004 to 2014, she joined the VIRGO project for the detection of Gravitational waves. In all these research areas, she has published more than 160 articles on International journals and maintains numerous collaborations both at national and international level. She currently holds an h-index of 41 both in Scopus and in ISI web of knowledge. As a testimony of her international reputation, she has been part of the organizing committees of various international congresses and is currently a reviewer for a number of international journals, including APL Materials, Applied Physics B, Journal of Physics and Chemistry of Solids, Journal of Luminescence, Optics Express, Optics Letters, Optical Materials, Physica Status Solidi B.

Lukasz Andrzej Glinka, born on October 5, 1984 in Poland, is internationally recognized as a voluntary editor and reviewer at the think tanks of open-access journals, science author, non-fiction and philosophy writer. He is the Editor-in-Chief for the Journal of Astrophysics and Aerospace Technology of the OMICS Group, and an Organizing Committee Member to the International Conference on Astrophysics and Particle Physics, December 8-10, 2016, Dallas, Texas, USA. He gave more than 25 oral presentations to scientific conferences, either authored or co-authored more than 40 journal articles and papers, and authored 4 books in science and humanities among which one can find a comprehensive monograph in theoretical physics and applied mathematics.
